Shipments to countries outside the EU may carry additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer.

- The articles offered through this website are available for those destinations that appear in the list of Shipping Costs. To make an Order to any other destination you must contact us via email hola@anglestore.com or call +34 93 501 66 02 during customer service hours, from 11am to 2pm and from 4pm to 20h (except holidays).

- No shipments are made to PO Boxes, so it is necessary that you give us the exact delivery address.

- Shipments will be made through a courier company. For international orders, shipments are franked to other air transport companies.

- Delivery times may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order, such as the availability of the chosen product or destination. Likewise, in exceptional circumstances, this period could be altered by extraordinary incidents with the carrier or by difficulties in delivering the merchandise.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

General data:
- You have a period of 30 days from receipt of the order to return the purchased product.
- The product subject to an exchange or return must be in perfect condition and without signs of use.
- Until we receive the item in our warehouse is under your responsibility, send it safely to ensure that the merchandise arrives in perfect condition.

Steps to follow:
1- Request the return by mail to hola@anglestore.com. We will be grateful if the reason for the return is explained to us to continue improving.
2- In the case of a change, the email will have to specify the model, size and color of the desired product.
3- Send the product in its original state, along with any accessory related to it or packaging, not being damaged, used or washed and with the original label.
4- Send to the following address:

Once we have received the product, the refund of the purchase amount will be made the next business day of receipt, discounting the shipping costs, with a maximum period of 30 days from the client's dissent.
In the event that the purchase is made without shipping costs, the costs of the initial shipping will also be discounted, with € 4.5 being regular shipping.
When the return of the product is not accepted due to poor condition, it will remain in our warehouse for a period of 30 days, waiting for the customer to pick it up.
Returns made by procedures other than those described here will not be accepted.
Refunds will only be made for those products that have been returned following our return policy.

Taras:
In the cases in which the product presents any defect or manufacturing defect, please contact us via email hola@anglestore.com or call +34 93 501 66 02 during customer service hours, from 11am at 2pm and from 4pm to 8pm (except holidays).
As soon as we receive the tared product and make the relevant confirmations, the product will be reimbursed as well as all shipping costs.
