GENERAL DATA: - You have a period of 30 days from the purchase of the order to return the product.
- The product subject to an exchange or return must be in perfect condition and without signs of use. - Until we receive the item in our warehouse, it is under your responsibility. Please send it safely to ensure that the merchandise arrives in perfect condition.
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
1. Request the return by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please explain the reason for the return to help us improve. 2. In case of an exchange, specify the model, size, and color of the desired product in the email. 3. Send the product in its original condition, along with any related accessories or packaging, without being damaged, used, washed, and with the original label. 4. Once we receive the product, the purchase amount will be refunded on the next business day, with shipping costs deducted. This process takes a maximum of 30 days from receipt of the client's return. If the purchase was made with no shipping costs, the costs of the initial shipping will also be deducted. When a returned product is not accepted due to poor condition, it will remain in our warehouse for 30 days, awaiting customer pickup. Returns made through procedures other than those described here will not be accepted. Refunds will only be made for products returned in accordance with our return policy.
TARAS: In case the product has a defect or manufacturing issue, please contact us via email email@example.com or call +34 93 501 66 02 during customer service hours, from 11:30h to 19:30h (except holidays). Once we receive the defective product and confirm the issue, we will refund the product cost as well as all shipping costs.
