Returns

- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return for orders placed online.

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.

- Items purchased in our physical store in Barcelona are not eligible for return. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days, except on discounted items.

- Until the returned item is received at our warehouse, it remains under the customer’s responsibility.

How to return

- To request a return, please contact us at hola@anglestore.com, indicating your order number and reason for return.

- For exchanges, please specify the desired model, size and colour.

- Items must be sent in their original condition to:

Monday to Friday, 12:00–19:30

- Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the original order included free shipping, the corresponding shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

- Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted. In such cases, the item will remain available for collection for 30 days.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hola@anglestore.com.

Once the issue has been confirmed, we will refund the full amount, including shipping costs.
